Our chia flour is made from the seeds of chia previously selected, which pass through a cold press process leaving between 6-8% fat, that can be used in various dishes providing an important nutritional ingredient such as the Omega-3 from plant sources. It is gluten free flour. It has a high percentage of fiber and can be used to make baked goods (bread, cookies, biscuits, cakes, etc), pasta and it can be added in all kind of preparation.
