MUSCOVADO SUGAR

Muscovado sugar is a type of partially refined to unrefined cane sugar with a strong molasses flavor and aroma. It is a dark brown, moist sugar that retains much of the natural molasses from the sugarcane juice, giving it a rich, complex flavor profile. The high molasses content gives Muscovado sugar a deep, rich flavor with notes of caramel, toffee, and a slight bitterness. It has a more complex flavor compared to other brown sugars.
